In order to complete your loan, please make sure to:

• Review and e-sign your loan agreement;
• Verify bank account via the emailed link to Decision Logic to electronically verify your primary bank account for review and deposit of your loan. Or, upload a screen shot or copy of your last 2 paystubs, or bank statement showing your last 2 payroll deposits; and
